Coaching—

Stop by for a powerful and candid conversation. (The one that moves you towards changes).

We re-discover your potential and clarify your purpose. And you’re ready to make a first step— from where you are now to where you want to be.

Recently, my clients have found their ways to:

Fight procrastination & stop wasting time

Improve self-confidence

Look for the next career step

Manage conflicting priorities

Get more balance and harmony in life

Lead people with mental health problems

Confidently manage former team peers

Always being good developer, but now a mediocre manager

{This list is living — come here to check what they work on now!}

7 elements people find most valuable in our conversations:

01—

Safe to experiment.

I use Design Thinking methods for personal changes. We look for insights and co-create small experiments together, so that you can check new ideas, behaviors and assumptions.

02—

No judgement.

I guarantee you a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere when we talk. I take strong, but free of bias presence and respect all your choices.

03—

No advices.

I actually want you to become responsible for your choices — not outsourcing them to a coach. Your own solutions are far stronger than anyone’s else! I ask you powerful, candid questions and turn all ears to listen to what’s important.

04—

No self-defense.

I experienced that asking „why” too often turns on the self-defense mode. In coaching, we don’t dwell on the past. Rather, we freely explore creative solutions and link them to your purpose and values. I am on your side.

05—

Personal Agility

When you know what you want, we chunk it down to next steps, because actions matter more than words. One micro change at a time, inspecting and adapting to what’s important.

06—

No overthinking

Overthinking stuff is really exhausting. I often ask you to change your modality and imagine, see, hear, switch perspectives, engage in storytelling. And I capture your journey as a sketchnote along the way.

07—

Getting more out of what you already have…

… rather than packing more into your life. So perhaps you’ve been to lots of trainings. You know it all: books, blogs, TED experts. But somehow nothing changes in your life. Coaching is your personal sense-making device. We work on integrating all your resources and putting them to work.

How does it work?

Let’s talk.

We schedule free 30 min conversation to see how coaching might serve you.

Experience.

We engage in a coaching season of several episodes. Each session ends with a tangible outcome for you. We can have a call, face-to-face meeting or a simple walk together.

Grow.

All the magic happens in between bi-weekly coaching sessions: you put learnings to work. And make changes you want.

…and here is what people say:

“I was able (but also free) to focus my attention on what is really important to me and to experiment, thanks to Adam, with a different point of views.”

— Fausto, HR Team Lead

“Adam has valuable coach qualities: listening, understanding and being able to lead the discussion to get to the essence of the issue. He finds a proper way to guide the coachee to identify the best solution.”

— Monica, IT Team Leader

“I became more confident and learned how to best use my strengths (and what they really are)”

— Alex, HR Business Partner

“The simple, clear and methodical way Adam leads coaching is remarkable. Being a very pragmatic person I was skeptical and curious, but was convinced after the first session. ”

— Carlos, Finance Manager

If that speaks to your heart, let’s talk.
